- 2022-2023
  Completed the acquisition of initial pipeline projects in Zhangjiang core locations. Launched Concora-branded co-lab services.
- 2022-2023
  Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, in collaboration with the Concora-affiliated platform, Ascent Investment, has established Ascent, an asset management company focusing on real estate and new infrastructure investment in China. As a result, Concora has become a member company of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.
- 2024
  Concora has established its subsidiary brand, the shared laboratory platform EverLab, which focuses on the early-stage research and development of biopharmaceuticals and the incubation of cutting-edge projects, with the aim of establishing a more comprehensive industrial service system.
- 2004
  The Carlyle Group began investing in China's real estate and infrastructure sector. Mr. Han Chen joined as the inaugural employee to oversee the group's real estate and infrastructure operations in China.
- 2005-2018
  Mr. Han Chen led the team to complete 45 projects, which included investment, development, renovation, and operation, with a total investment exceeding RMB 40 billion.
- 2018
  After the spin-off from Carlyle, the China real estate and infrastructure business continues to manage Carlyle's investment projects and has begun collaborating with other major international investment institutions.
- 2008-2019
  Mr. Gao Yi has completed over 50 investment projects in the fields of life sciences and cutting-edge technology in both China and the United States, with the total investment exceeding RMB 13 billion. He co-founded Yuanyi Capital, which possesses profound experience and extensive connections in the life sciences domain, and has assembled an internationally renowned management team.

  Mr. Gao Yi co-founded Crimson Pioneering, focusing on investing in and developing cutting-edge technologies. Previously, as a co-founder, he led a team of executives from Eli Lilly's R&D center to jointly establish the BioFront Global, a biotech company dedicated to the discovery of globally original new drugs, and an incubator accelerator for such drugs.

  Concora team has completed the renovation and incubation of a biomedical R&D center project located in Zhangjiang Pharma Valley.
- 2021
  Mr. Han Chen and Mr. Donald Gao jointly established Concora, aiming to provide a high-quality infrastructure and operational platform for the life sciences industry. Their mission is to advance China's healthcare sector.
  They also engage in urban renewal projects and the development and operation of urban infrastructure for high-tech industrial parks.

Han Chen, Co-Chairman of Concora and Chairman/Managing Director of ARE, boasts a distinguished career path. Over 15 years he led Carlyle’s China real estate division, overseeing investments exceeding Rmb40 billion. With prior pivotal roles at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, Han’s leadership blends academic excellence with practical expertise, underpinning Concora’s success. His strategic foresight and financial acumen drive innovation and growth, positioning him as a prominent figure in the industry. With an unwavering dedication to excellence, Han navigates complex challenges with resilience, fostering partnerships and initiatives propelling Concora’s success. As Chairman of ARE, he shapes the future of real estate and infrastructure development, epitomizing leadership and Concora’s ethos of innovation, collaboration and sustainable growth.
Shirlene Song Founder and Co-Chairman
As founder and co-Chairman, Shirlene Song has led focused efforts in biomedical business park development and industrial infrastructure projects since 2018, demonstrating her commitment to driving impactful investments. Previously she served as Managing Director at Carlyle, overseeing commercial property investments. With extensive experience at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan, Song brings expertise in real estate and finance. With an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Cornell University, her leadership is informed by academic prowess. Shirlene’s strategic vision and industry insights position Concora as a leader in biomedical business park development and industrial infrastructure projects. Her tenure at Carlyle showcased her adeptness in navigating complex real estate issues, fostering growth opportunities and delivering results, further enhancing her role as a dynamic leader in the industry.
Donald Gao, Industry Consultant
Donald Gao, Industry Consultant of Concora, over 15 years of extensive expertise in life sciences investments, management and operations. He founded Crimson Pioneering and served as COO of BioFront Therapeutics, a pioneering biotech firm. He co-founded BioFront Global Drug Discovery Innovation Accelerator in 2019. His distinguished career includes roles as a seasoned healthcare investor and founding partner of Marathon Venture Partners. Gao’s professional journey spans life sciences venture capital, private equity and investment banking at Citi. Donald serves on the board of The BayHelix Group. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Nanjing University, holding an MBA and a BA, respectively. His leadership extends to being President Emeritus of HBS Club Shanghai, showcasing his commitment to the industry’s advancement.
Jeff Wang, CEO
Jeff Wang, CEO of Concora, has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and operating of commercial properties. He possesses a deep understanding of institutional real estate investment, the operational models of Chinese developers and global commercial real estate management platforms.
